CLOSED for the Murder Mystery Event

The Auditing & Accounting Committee desires to expand as the Lodge is growing at a fast pace. We currently meet on the 3^rd Wednesday of every month but are open to other days to accommodate schedules.
Our committee’s responsibilities are defined in the Lodge’s By-Laws and the Statutes from the Judiciary Committee of the Grand Lodge manuals. We also follow the accounting principles defined in the A&A manual.
WHAT KIND OF STUFF DO WE DO: We visit and communicate with other committees to inquire about what they are doing, review any budgeted areas and oversee the submission of the financial records, payment of monthly sales tax and compile data for different elements of Small Games of Chance.
We review the required record-keeping of the financial affairs of the Lodge and Club and compliance with the approved budget, and report at the regular meeting of the Lodge during the months of July, October and January,
From time to time, we act on other matters of finance and compliance as the Lodge may direct.
EXPERIENCE: None required. A willingness to learn, maybe some knowledge of the restaurant industry and how it works but most of all, a commitment to help the Lodge grow and be compliant.
